My experience with this plant is that when you grow it in full sun (or in this case, on a ledge without much soil and water), it becomes stunted and dark in color. Grow it in pot under a shade and with lots of water and it grows big and green. In any case, i changed the name from K. tubiflora to K. diagremontana. Thanks Julian.

It's probably K. tubiflora. K. diagremontana has greener leaves (unless this is a desaturated photo :P)
