Not a pupa. This is a parasitised larval exoskeleton.

No- it is a caterpillar. Look at the left end and you can clearly see the well defined head capsule with the adfrontal sutures (a bit of scientific terminology).

The apparent multi-feet are indeed clumped, wet setae.

ID is inferred based on location and what appears to be apolysis.
