Yellow Pansy Violets

Description:

This Pansy had all yellow leaves with dark purple stripes radiating from the centers.

Habitat:

Garden beds in early spring. It will live through some snow and freezing but does not survive heat well.

Notes:

The Atlanta Botanical Gardens, in Midtown, Georgia had tons of Pansies in their planters, pots, raised beds, and in the ground where they maintain seasonal annuals. A lot of professional landscaping companies around here who maintain neighborhood entrances and office complexes use these plants in the early spring.
