the scarlet honeyeater has the red on the breast (red-headed has a brownish breast) and is distributed around the sightings location while the red-headed only occurs on the northern edges of Aust

The Tree is a Lemon-scented Gum (Corymbia citriodora) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corymbia_ci... .. but I do not know the bird!
