This is a gravid (pregnant) female Lesser Earless Lizard. They take on bright orange/yellow/red markings when they become pregnant.

Glad to see another Earless Lizard on Project Noah, I've got a few spottings up of Texas Earless Lizards, and they are quickly becoming one of my favorite critters.
