American Black Bear

Ursus americanus

Notes:

Visitor to my garden. He knocked down the bird feeder and enjoyed the seed immensely. I can't feed birds anymore except when the bears are hibernating! Wikipedia says they are the most common bear and I would say they are becoming much more common in our suburban area!
