Must be a Eurybrachid plant hopper. Usually found on Calotropis gigantea. I found this hopper from a place where this plants are not so abundant. So I think there are some other plants that may be acted as it's host plants
Eurybrachidae, Eurybrachinae, Eurybrachini, Eurybrachys tomentosa.
