We used to prepare Mumg Usal a kind of less gravy spicy curry. We eat this with Rotis. I am feeling hungry now....

Here is my picture of the sprouted mung, full of protein. I avoid eating it raw though and usually microwave it for 7 minutes with a spoonful of water and salt to taste and cover with a lid.
i will cook it and then upload a pic next.

Even though Bean Sprouts are high in protein,they should not be eaten in raw form. They are carcinogenic when raw. I usually microwave the sprouts for about 5 minutes.
