I agree with Zlatan, this looks much closer to an immature Indian Cormorant. The length of the beak is another good indicator that this is not a Little Cormorant.

To me this looks more like Indian cormorant, because of bronzy appearance, yellow bill and blue eye...
im not that good with birds =) but as i know Phalacrocorax grnerally refers to the bird family Phalacrocoracidae , to which the comorants belong.The Microcarbo genus was formerly subsumed within Phalacrocorax.
