I found it in the bush under a palm tree, and I think it is a palm tree pest

yes & thanks Wonju.Brian, I think it does include woodboring beetle.. (the term woodboring beetle encompasses many species and families of beetles larval or adult forms Whose eat and destroy wood) Maybe it is in group of Powderpost beetles..
