Description:

Wingspan 5-6 7/8" (100-150 mm). Yellow wings with black tiger-like stripes (in pale phase).

Habitat:

Mixed & deciduous forests; open areas & even urban areas.

Notes:

This one was spotted outside the house in Rindge. Approx. 6" wingspan.

Thanks, it was between following this one or a Monarch. I chose this one because I seem to see less of them in this area.
