Description:

Length: 200mm Sexes similar. Upper body and throat black, underbelly white, and conspicuous white eyebrows.

Habitat:

Australian mainland, accidental in Tasmania.

Notes:

Very territorial when nesting, will attack much bigger birds and even the dogs in the back yard. They nest about three times during spring and summer.
