I think it is the yellow crowned amazon parrot. Perhaps normally found in lowland tropical climate but domesticated so ended up 3,000m above sea level?

Thanks, Carolina, I will look into it. The bird was up in Aguas Callientes (near Machu Picchu) so very high altitude and cold.

Maybe a Yellow-crowned Amazon parrot. I can't see the yellow head, but maybe because the light.
Or take a look to the Mealy Amazon parrot.
