I think its a jumping spider i found it in my garden. I tried to get a photo when its fangs were really visible but it was hard.

I could be wrong, but she looks like a bold jumping spider Phidippus audax with mites. They are really amazing creatures -- nice photos too.

awsome shot have never gottin a shot of the ones that were the cool ones but have seen a few over the years as i was a construction worker and ran in to them often ( They are way cool to play with ) Nice shots !
