Yes those are potato plants I've been told thats what they were before but I wasn't quite sure. Thanks guys

they definitely are potato bug larvas.
in east europe we call them - don´t ask me why- colorado bugs

Is that on a potato plant. They look like potato bugs. I use to pick them off and feed them to my Tilapia fish I was raising .
