Nature School For Teachers - Fall 2020 Launch!
Thanks so much for the info Heather!! You are awesome!
IF these mature to a soft golden yellow color, and you open them up and there are two brown seeds inside, and it tastes like a peach consistency but has a flavor of a pear and a peach at the same time...then it's probably a Loquat or Asian Pear. The picture looks like maturing fruit. Don't eat too many at a time or you might get a stomach ache. These trees can get 2 stories high.
Auntnance,, Comparing to the other fruit trees in the neighborhood, I have narrowed this one down to apple pear. There is an apricot tree right next to it,which already bore fruits,1/4 the size of these. They ripened into orangish fruits and have been already eaten up by passersby.
