Bonsai is the ancient far eastern art of dwarfing & training plants to represent, in miniature, trees in their natural environment. This specimen was "started" in 1959.

Habitat:

Dawes Arboretum.

I agree Anna. My husband & I spent six hours there on Sunday! Soooo much to see & to photograph! I enjoyed it immensely!!! :)
