I agree with Elsa, the second picture is the best. They are really interesting except when they are attacking your garden.

Every year I await the emergence of the baby woodchucks on the campus. They leave the den just as the students are leaving for the summer, so they have the rest of the season to grow up in peace. In the month or so since these shots were taken they've scattered a little bit and grown up a whole lot. Hopefully I can get some more shots of them before they wander off to make homes for themselves.
