I do not know it is worth info. I told my observations of 30 years along Indian west coast of such trees.

As Coconut Palm tree gets older this fell count reduces... we get more fruits..!!
Many fell due to loss of supply from tree. May trees stop supply extra fruits at their early raw stage...!!
