Toxicodendron radicans

Description:

minute white flowers

Habitat:

unused hydro pole in temperate forest

Notes:

I spotted this ivy growing up an old hydro pole in Short Hills provincial park. It was one of the first times I've seen ivy in flower. This was an old specimen with a thick and established trunk.
