large carnivorous plant. either N. alata or N. ventricosa.

Habitat:

growing among some weeds near rice terraces

Notes:

I spotted this while on a hike around rice terraces near the village of Batad.

So far there are only 2 knowns from Northern Luzon - N. ventricosa and N. alata. Unless they describe a new one.

Now I understand. Batad is northeast of Banaue. Maybe try Banaue instead. :)

I wrote the location in my notes. I just wrote Luzon in the location category because it wasn't recognizing the village of Batad.
