Neurothemis terminata
This guy was in kind of a wetland area maybe 15 mins outside of Kota Kinabalu.
Pardon me but i really belive thats a Neurothemis terminata :) Still without a common name. N.fluctuans have a more curvy white-red border at the hind wing, N.terminata only have the white section on the wing tip.

I see these very often in the Philippines also. Especially in Palawan. It's striking how many similar insects I find on both islands. Would be nice to know the exact ID name. Different with these is their almost fully black filled wings.
