Does look like a grapefruit.

I took more photos of this citrus its yellow now! See photo 2 and 3. I wonder if it is a grapefruit?

The leaves show a winged rachis, and seen the fruit definatly a citrus.

I would say either Mango or Avocado. Could you reach any or find seeds on the ground from eaten fruit?

The fruit looks pretty large to be a lime.
