Odocoileus virginianus
This doe was standing quite carelessly in the middle of the road nursing her fawns.
Gambrill state park
aww! so cute!
Fantastic! Oh, twins!!! Great shot!
So lovely!!
Great pic! It's actually common for whitetail deer to have twins, especially in an area where there are no natural predators; wolves, coyotes, cougars. I've seen one doe with three fawns!
Cool! What a great spotting!!!
You were in the right spot at the right time!
Thanks, everyone. It was a very lucky shot.
Nice picture.
The forest is a forest that is beautiful, beautiful children are eager hug mother
"As I came to know that both the fawns are male!"
"One and only one unique picture, standing on eleven legs! It gave me a lot of good feelings!"
maybe flies and tics - looks like parasites
Perfect capture. Whats on the doe's back?
wow! two! thats rare, don´t they usually have just one fawn?
