Curly-leafed Cabbage

brassica oleracea acephala

Description:

It has no head like very common cabbage used to for cooking. It has purple-green colored curly leaves. Middle portion is shown in the picture. After full growing yellow colored flowers bloom on it.

Habitat:

It is native to the Mediterranean or to Asia Minor.

Notes:

Grown as a ornamental plant by nature lovers to beatify their home garden.
