Description:

Esta abeja es sobre todo negra y amarilla. También hay algunas marcas amarillas presentes en las patas y en los lados del abdomen. Los machos son considerablemente más grandes que las hembras.

Habitat:

Campos de Arcos de las Salinas (Teruel).

Notes:

Reciben el nombre de 'cardador' por su comportamiento de raspar el pelo de las hojas.

I like that there are more and more spottings of the same species in ProjectNoah, makes it easier to identify. It's a pretty impressive catalogue already :)
