Black-Eyed Susan

Rudbeckia

Description:

Alternate leaves on branching stems that are about five feet tall. Centers start out greenish then turn brown.

Habitat:

Growing in full sun in my yard.

Notes:

I bought this from the Prairie Wetlands Center, which specialized in selling plants native to our area. I remember they told me it was a Rudbeckia, but didn't keep a record of what type of rudbeckia it is.
