I think it's a giant cicada? These have a size upto circa 8cm.

Found at night in the jungles of Maliau Basin
Probably some huge species.Cicada nymphs spent years underground so they must have plenty of time to grow that large.
I didn't bother about the exact location on googlemaps, ChunXingWong. I just added "Sabah, Malaysia" in the map.These nymphs already have such big sizes?
By the way, that is a cicada nymph that has just came out from the soil and is ready to molt into an adult cicada.
I believe that Maliau Basin is further south from the location you pointed in the map.
