Half and half insect. Is it a bug?

Habitat:

Monastery near Kewzing Village. A rural, remote and hilly area of Sikkim. Although it was raining and October is not a good month for moth-ing, we saw many moths and other insects (even a leech)...on the walls, stairs, gates and corridors of this monastery near the tourist town of Ravangla. It is a short drive from Kewzing. They have rabbits and goldfish too!
