An orange Tortoise Shell Beetle with a gold iridescence and dark green spots. About 5 mm long. Family Chrysomelidae.

Heavy shrubbery along the highway between San Cristobal de Las Casas and Tuxtla Gutierrez, km 11.5, 865 meters.

No problem! They're pretty neat little beetles.
