You must mean Triatoma rubrofasciata?
"Triatoma rubrofasciata (De Geer, 1773) is a cosmopolitan species distributed geographically between the tropics of Cancer and Capricorn, is most commonly found in Asia, Oceania, Africa and Central America. In South America, its distribution is restricted to Venezuela, French Guyana, Brazil and Argentina."
(http://www.scielo.br/scielo.php?script=s...). This picture looks like a female and they can fly very well.
