Description:

Perennial to 5" tall in dense clumps, with erect, stout, curved stems Flower heads are dingle to 1" across with many lavender ray flowers, yellow disks, hiary lobes Leaves are basal, to 3" long, stalked, and dissected into finger-like, hairy lobes.

Habitat:

Grows in meadows and boulder fields, and on rocky tundra, slopes, and ridges. Subalpine and Alpine
