Approximately 2.5 cm long
On a palm leaf.
Erebidae, Arctiinae, Arctiini, Idalus sp., but not Idalus herois, which would not have a spot on the hindwing.
My closest guess would be Idalus monostidza. Other similar would be Idalus affinis.
