Hi Chynna, same thing happened to me. I had a fish, he just disappeared... be aware that those turtles will get very big, if properly feeded. Tank cleaning is very important, otherwise they'll get sick. good luck!
PS: watch them when they will make the "mating dance"...the male will approach the female and he will try to iponothize her by shaking the front feet just in her face... I made a video of this, maybe I'll post it!

I have changed the tank around since this photo was taken. I had the six baby sliders in with 3 goldfish that were easily bigger than the turtles and one by one the fish disappeared without a trace!! They certainly are some sneaky turtles but I was highly surprised the fish were completely gone. I knew the turtles could kill them but to not leave behind a single trace of the goldfish?! I was impressed to say the least.

you can keep them with the fishes for a while, but once they'll be big they'll eat everything. I had two of those turtles for more than 10 years, they are very aggressive, once they ate a lizard that dropped in.
