grey wings, white belly, blue legs, black beak and black eye. They love the feeders and will feed next to each other. They flutter a bit like a hummingbird just prior to landing, if they took off from a distance. If they perched higher, they would dive-bomb, and land on a lower feeder, without any wing flapping. Some of the birds would take seed to the platform rail of the deck or other perch and then "hold" it with their feet and pick it from there, in a bobbing up and down motion.
My parents' backyard bird feeders, near a creek, near a bayou, lots of rain, very humid day with low light.
My internet here is very very slow, so it's having trouble uploading pictures. It's also not supposed to be Gulf Coast, but Birds of World Mission. I'll try to fix it after a restart of the computer.

Emma, The Cedar WaxWing seems to have brown and a mask of black on the eye - much more so than my spotting. I think it's the Tufted Titmouse given the pictures on Wikipedia that look more similar. Birdlady6000 you are a great ID person with a lot of knowledge on the birds. I think you've IDd 3 of my unknowns tonight. Thank you both for helping.
