Arctic Tern

Sterna paradisaea

Description:

Saw thousands of these birds feeding off the biologic and organic material discharged by the glacier. In town they are pesky and dive bomb your head if you are walking near their babies. They even poop right on your head and they have really good aim!

Habitat:

Arctic Ocean
