This is Panaeolus papilionaceus because it has an appendiculate cap margin & really deep dark reddish stem which P. olivaceus lacks both of...

Thanks Angel - no, they are way smaller than Coprinus species - they get more confused with Mycenas (even by myself...searched mostly under mycenas and mis identified it with the black milky bonnet)
