Chauliodes pectinicornis
previously thought this might be an Eastern Dobsonfly: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dobsonfly
Although this looks very similar to an Eastern Dobsonfly, I believe this is a related insect called a Fishfly. I am having a difficult time distinguishing the coloration to help determine if this is a Spring Fishfly or a Summer Fishfly. Time of year says it may be a Summer Fishfly.

Dobsonflies do not have those lovely antennae (called pectinate) that your insect is sporting.
