lotus scoparius
** 3' Sprawling, shrub with green, many branched stems lined with tiny yellow pea-flowers that turn red with age. leaves compound, with 3 tiny oblong leaflets. appears dead in dry season blooms year - round
moist lowlands
Seems to be smaller then deer-weed ? which is listed as 3' tall. However it was growing in the middle of an access road/trail which is driven on a few times a year, and hiked on often. I can find nothing else as close to the description, it seems a match just not as tall a variety.

I went to trade school and took graphic arts, i have a decent understanding of whats needed and how a decent shot may be taken. i specialized in.camera.work back then using a horizontal bellows circa 1960 ... they would tell us we couldnt do something and we would..(4color seperations with filters for instance). I appreciate the compliment, even though im never happy with my shots. ;)

You took all these with a cell phone? Hell, what will you do with camera?! Will definitely keep an eye out for those shots!! Lol!
thanks! i can't wait to get a camera. I am constantly laying down on the trail taking 100 pictures w/ my cell phone. lol. Macros are really the only photos i can take with it that come out semi-decent.
I love the colouring on the photo - beautiful and warming.
