Spotting

Description:

Less than 2 inches long.

Habitat:

By/over a small pond in the middle of a pine forest with sandy soil

Notes:

I spotted this one on land first, but as I looked across the pond I counted another 25 of them (I'd guess there were more though) perched on all sorts of bits of vegetation sticking out of the water.
