We have a problem here with seals getting the netting around their neck.
I searched everywhere for Frogs and toads in a natural setting. Found some Tadpoles but have not seen a single frog.
i just read that the frogs and toads in the East Bay have declined considerably too.

Ahh thought it was a wild dolphin... that explains it, no reason for a wild dolphin to look so eagerly at a buoy ;)

That is not a buoy but a concrete structure on which the trainers were standing and from where they were communicating with the Dolphin.
This Dolphin is currently in Sea World San Diego.
