This bug was found in a pond. He seems to eat stick bugs. He holds himself bent, most of the time, as seen in the photo. But sometimes lies flat. What is it? Will it change into something else? He is in water in the photo.

This to me looks like a caddisfly larvae.
its not a dragonfly larvae.. dragonfly larvae looks different..
