Description:

This wildflower is blooming about 4 weeks later than normal due to large snowpack in the higher elevations of the Oregon Cascade Mountains. This is at about it's northern most part of it's range.

Habitat:

Meadows with rich soil, blooms soon after snow has melted away.

Notes:
