On Water Hemlock, Cicuta maculata. I was tempted to annoy it to see if it would extend its osmeterium but I decided to let it be. Although Water Hemlock is in the Apiaceae I don't know if it is a regular host plant for these caterpillars.

The colouration looks dangerous :)
