The flowering plant is also commonly known as dwarf morning-glory. In has numerous stems that lie upon or just above the ground. Small, oval-shaped leaves are arranged alternately along the stem. The pale blue flower is small, flat and wheel-like. They are not tubular like those of other morning glories. Sometimes it is only one flower like this spotting.
