It could be a slaty skimmer or a comanche skimmer, but they're in the US/Canada I think. Hmmm, Epaulet Skimmer is a bit closer region-wise.

I got the lead to it maybe being a 'Anax parthenope' - but after searching for more photos, I'm thrown off that path again.
