Steller sea lion

Eumetopias jubatus

Notes:

This one sea lion that I was taking pictures of was doing something rather intelligent. When he came up out of the water with a fish the seagulls would peck at it trying to eat some of the fish, so the sea lion would twist around and whack the seagulls with the fish in his mouth! It was quiet a show.
