Heh. I was going to add the (not so great)pics of the adults but the app won't let me add pics to the existing one or even add a new spotting now. I did look at the wiki on herring gull and that's what the adults look like.

You're right, this is a juvenile! Hard to ID them accurately when they're juveniles if you don't have any point of reference for size and stuff! Could be a herring gull or greater black backed gull... got any pics of the adults that were around? :) I love how it looks like he's posing for you haha!
