It looks very similar to the comma and question mark butterflies that are here in the east, but they don't get as far west as Oregon, so we can rule those out. I looked through the different species listed on BugGuide, and it looks like it might be either P. oreas or P. satyrus. I'm leaning towards P. satyrus, but I would suggest that you research it a bit more.
