Spotting

Description:

To help with the ID, this is the picture of the flowers I took back in March (https://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/11...). This looks to be a new tree/shrub grown from a nearby tree/shrub that was previously hidden by other vegetation. Reaching at least 10 feet, smooth grey bark. Green waxy leaves make way for red/purplish leaves in the fall and winter. Red, firm berries

Habitat:

mulchy/clay soil. Full sun to part shade. Cataula ga

Notes:

Second pic is from nov 13, 2021 when I noticed the berries but the leaves were still green.
